In the wake of flooding in and around the City, the Ministry of Public Works alongside the Liberia National Police has embarked on the forceful opening of drainages along the Bushrod Island and the Japan Freeway Corridors.

Ministry of Public Works has started the construction of the Dixville-Caldwell Road, a road which has been in a deplorable condition for about five years, causing damage to vehicles using that route and making it hard for the constituents to travel freely.

• That Representative Kolubah could not produce a copy of his permit, rather a copy of drawings with individual signatures; one of which is still with the Ministry
• That the document presented did not include a payment receipt from the General Revenue Account
• That the land’s original owner was Saye Sipppi in 1986
